Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the XYBIT platform operated by XYBIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident with a valid PAN, and not on any prohibited list to use XYBIT.

2. Account & KYC

You must complete KYC before transacting. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for safeguarding your credentials.

3. Custodial Services

XYBIT provides custodial wallet services backed by MPC custody. You authorize us to hold your assets in segregated, audited wallets on your behalf.

4. Trading

XYBIT supports spot trading only. We do not offer margin, derivatives, P2P or arbitrage trading.

5. Fees & Taxes

Applicable fees are listed on our Fee Structure page. We deduct TDS, GST or other levies as required by law.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering, terror financing or sanctions evasion
• Wash trading, market manipulation or self-dealing
• Use of XYBIT for any illegal activity under Indian law

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XYBIT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
